I’m an accomplished Quality Assurance Lead/Senior Quality Specialist with over a decade of experience in the IT industry, specializing in managing high-performing teams and delivering quality software through structured testing methodologies. I currently manage a 4-member Regression Testing team, where I handle task delegation and priority setting within Agile/Scrum delivery.

My technical focus spans API Testing, SQL (Database Testing), and Accessibility Testing, with strong expertise in Use Case Analysis and Requirement Mapping. I’m known for creating Test Plans, Design Specs, and comprehensive Bug Reports, and I’ve worked across System Integration Testing, Retesting, Adhoc Testing, and various testing efforts supported by tools such as Postman, ReadyApi/ReadyAPI, JMeter, JIRA, and HP ALM.
