At Aaroogya AI Foundation, I designed the first onboarding experience for an AI-powered women’s healthcare app used by community health workers. Usability testing with underserved users surfaced trust gaps and concerns about irreversible actions; the resulting design changes supported ~50%+ activation during MVP rollout and improved retention by ~10–12%.
Earlier, as a UI/UX Designer Intern with AppsAIt, Alaska App Studios, and CodSoft, I designed flows for SaaS and mobile products, tested usability, and built responsive UI components in Figma. I work across research, flows, interfaces, and developer handoff, with a focus on making AI-assisted experiences clear and usable.
