At Conserties, I worked as a UI/UX Design Intern, researching product problems and designing mobile and web experiences. I created personas, journey maps and user flows, then developed wireframes, high-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes in Figma.
For the ADCB Mobile Banking App credit card management redesign, I researched user confusion and simplified steps for first-time users. Usability and A/B testing showed a 40% improvement in credit-management usability.
I also designed DocAide’s human-in-the-loop clinical documentation workflow and end-to-end patient journeys for Medicive. My work includes responsive interfaces, reusable design components and usability testing to refine key journeys.
