I am a corporate law specialist with an LL.M. and extensive hands-on courtroom experience gained through multiple internships at the District and Sessions Court, Dehradun, and a year of practice under Senior Advocate Manmohan Lamba. I have researched and written on banking law, insolvency amendments, and tribunal powers, and I actively apply strong legal-research, drafting, and client-facing skills in litigation and corporate matters.
