I am a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in accounting advisory, financial reporting and assurance across Big Four firms, leading IPO readiness, GAAP conversions and SEC/SEBI filing activities. I have driven restatements, buy-side acquisition accounting, finance transformation and prepared technical accounting memos on complex topics including business combinations, derivatives and debt extinguishments.

At KPMG Global Services I serve as a Manager in Accounting Advisory Services and have led Harmony/Workiva reporting, S‑X and S‑X 3‑05 analyses, and automation of intercompany reconciliations; prior roles at Deloitte, KPMG India and EY strengthened my expertise in Ind AS/IFRS, IFRS 16 implementation, ECL assessments and statutory audit processes.
