I’m looking for a leadership role in SEC reporting and technical accounting where I can drive US GAAP compliance and SOX controls, own complex accounting work, and partner closely with auditors and cross-functional teams to improve reporting quality and efficiency.

I’m a Chartered Accountant and US Certified Public Accountant with a strong track record leading reporting and technical accounting teams and improving operational efficiency. I’m known for building alignment across cross-functional partners and using clear communication and leadership to deliver audit-ready, compliant financial reporting.

In my most recent role as Senior Manager, Reporting and Technical Accounting at Exela Technologies, I led the preparation and review of 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K filings to meet U.S. GAAP, SEC, and SOX requirements.
