I'm currently driving MSME working-capital credit underwriting for Jharkhand at HDFC Bank, assessing proposals from Rs. 10 lacs to Rs. 1500 lacs while managing delinquencies, stock audits, LCHU accounts, and NPA management.
Across more than 15 years in banking, I've led branches and commercial credit processing roles at Bank of Maharashtra in Sagar, Ranchi, Patna, Kolkata, and Mumbai. I've evaluated borrower creditworthiness, structured funded and non-funded facilities, managed retail and commercial loan sanctions, and supported recovery, compliance, and customer-service outcomes.
I've also trained new employees and relationship managers on policy and quality sourcing, while building accountable teams around credit monitoring, risk mitigation, and portfolio discipline.
