I’m a Microsoft SC-300-certified IAM professional with 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Active Directory. I focus on delivering reliable enterprise identity operations across onboarding, lifecycle changes, and access governance.

I manage Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations using SAML and OAuth, and I configure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access policies in Microsoft Entra ID. I also support identity governance through Access Reviews and Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle controls, grounded in Zero Trust principles.

To protect privileged access, I administer Delinea Secret Server and manage privileged access and credential vaulting. I’ve also created and managed Group Managed Service Accounts (gMSA) for enterprise applications and SQL environments, while troubleshooting authentication, SSO, and access issues end to end.

I bring automation and orchestration skills to IAM operations, using PowerShell and Python scripting and collaborating with ServiceNow teams on IAM workflow integrations. I develop SOPs, operational documentation, and audit-related reports while supporting compliance requirements like SOX and GDPR.
