I build secure Java backend services for enterprise banking and customer support platforms.

I'm currently developing and maintaining backend services for Apple Customer Support platforms at Wipro, supporting the Case V4 application. I work with Java 21/25, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Gradle, and Oracle SQL while contributing to the Aluminium 6 migration to JDK 25.

I've resolved P1/P2 incidents, analyzed Splunk logs, performed root cause analysis, and delivered secure, scalable RESTful APIs. I also manage Git workflows, review and fix migration defects, and collaborate across teams in Agile delivery.

Previously, I supported Citi microservices at Tata Consultancy Services and developed collateral management applications for Standard Chartered Bank at Capgemini. My work included Java 17, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA, Oracle SQL, performance optimization, and resolving SonarQube security vulnerabilities such as SQL injection and XSS.

I've also built loan origination, banking, customer support, and hospital management applications across Aavas Financiers, AU Small Finance Bank, CRM Services India, and AnkTech Software.
