I validate APIs, databases, AWS services, Kafka producer-consumer workflows, Dynamics 365 modules, and distributed microservices while integrating automated checks into CI/CD pipelines.
Across Toluna Group, HCL Technologies, Evalueserve, and earlier QA roles, I've led test strategy, release readiness, regression automation, and cross-functional quality delivery in e-commerce, telecom, finance, healthcare, and ticketing. I've also mentored QA engineers and use AI-assisted testing workflows with Claude Code, MCPs, Ragas, and agents to accelerate test creation, debugging, and root-cause analysis.
