What I'm looking for

I'm interested in Senior Technical Program Manager and Technology Program Manager opportunities where I can lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable business outcomes.

At Northern Trust Corporation, I managed the T+1 regulatory transition for Global Securities Lending, moving US and Canada trade settlements from T+2 to T+1. The project met regulatory requirements with zero day-one settlement failures.

I planned delivery across Mainframe, Java, and .NET systems, coordinated technical teams and stakeholders, and identified a Post-Trade Affirmation bottleneck early. I also helped integrate Agile practices into a predominantly Waterfall environment.

At HSBC, I directed the modernization of Commercial Banking applications from Mainframe to Java. Earlier, at Infosys Limited, I developed automated Mainframe routines that saved 500+ manual effort hours annually.
