At Open Futures, I build and optimize low-latency market data infrastructure across crypto exchanges. I developed SBE feed handlers for real-time order book construction and a replay engine that simulates live trading conditions from recorded tick-by-tick data.
I redesigned shared-memory layouts to support multiple order books for an instrument and built publishing and reader interfaces for them. I also developed a relay engine for microwave-based cross-colocation connectivity, reducing packet drops from about 10% to under 2%.
At IBM, I developed NFS protocol support for CephFS and RGW in IBM’s Ceph. I restructured server-side data structures to reduce export parsing latency for 20,000 exports from 1,780 seconds to under one second, and implemented transparent NFS state migration.
