Previously, I worked at Zomato as an SDE I, where I developed an in-house Ticketing and Bot SaaS platform. My efforts in load testing and infrastructure scaling led to a remarkable increase in system resilience and efficiency, enabling the platform to handle substantial traffic spikes while maintaining service availability.
