I’m an IT professional with 2+ years of experience in information technology, focused on delivering reliable Splunk operations. As a Splunk System Engineer and Administrator, I manage Splunk Cloud and Splunk Enterprise environments while continuously improving monitoring, troubleshooting, and configuration management.

I’m Splunk Power Certified, and I use that foundation to handle complex support cases end-to-end—understanding client environments, performing root cause analysis, and restoring service quickly. I also support dashboards and alerts, manage user roles and permissions, and maintain knowledge objects to keep teams productive and incidents under control.

Beyond day-to-day operations, I work deeply with Splunk architecture and clustering—indexer cluster, search head clusters, and deployment server workflows—along with configuration tuning across inputs.conf, props.conf, limits.conf, transforms.conf, and outputs.conf. I’m also comfortable working with data lifecycles (hot/warm/cold/frozen/thawed) and advanced features like DDAA and DDSS, and I bring hands-on development experience in Java, Spring Framework, and AEM.
