What I'm looking for

I am seeking a product-focused role where I can lead design systems, drive user research, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver measurable product and business impact in mission-driven teams.

I'm Shiva Kumar, a Senior Product Designer with 5+ years of experience across fintech and climate tech. At Vericap, a B2B fintech platform for institutional carbon investments, I designed core investment workflows from scratch, cutting investor drop-off by 30% and improving exploration efficiency by 55%.
I also partnered with founders and the engineering team to build a milestone-based escrow system that balances investor trust with transaction speed in a highly regulated environment.

Before that, as a founding design hire and sole product designer at NatureDots, I led design across four products, including Aquanurch, a B2C app for fish farmers, and B2B dashboards that helped the platform scale from India to pilots in Australia, the Philippines, and the U.S.
