I'm looking to contribute business analysis, process optimization, requirements, testing, and delivery coordination to SaaS, BFSI, IoT, or smart-building products while working closely with clients and cross-functional technical teams.

I'm supporting GreenBotz Technologies' IoT smart building, AI-enabled LNPR, security automation, and facility management solutions through business-process analysis, requirements, testing, and cross-functional delivery coordination.

I've optimized a Smart Intercom APK for 2GB RAM kiosk devices, redesigned VMS QR delivery to remove SMS dependency, and helped reduce monthly AI spend from $2,000 to $700 through Grafana implementation.
