What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a team where I can build autonomy in ROS1/ROS2—navigation, sensor fusion, and robust behavior planning—then deploy in real environments. I want engineering ownership with opportunities to mentor and grow technical leadership in robotics.

I’m a Software Robotics Engineer focused on building autonomous systems, robotic software, and AI-powered solutions that work both in simulation and the real world. I integrate complex sensor and embedded stacks with strong attention to navigation reliability, real-time control, and maintainable robot behavior logic.

At Arche Robotics, I designed a SMACH-based Finite State Machine for high-level behavior control, built a Qt GUI for waypoint and restricted-area mission planning, and delivered ROS1/ROS2 capabilities including an ROS1–ROS2 bridge. I also developed an AprilTag-based docking algorithm in ROS1 and integrated LiDAR and depth cameras into a ROS2 pipeline for robust autonomous navigation.

Beyond engineering, I lead and mentor: I’ve trained engineers on the ROS ecosystem, Linux administration, and advanced robotics concepts, and I’ve developed hands-on workshops around ROS Messages, Topics, Services, Actions, and URDF modeling. My projects reflect this end-to-end mindset—from a Nav2 costmap layer plugin that creates virtual obstacles and cost zones, to tools like SDF2MAP that convert Gazebo SDF/World into ROS-compatible occupancy grids, and multi-floor delivery navigation combining ROS2, Nav2, Behavior Trees, and Gazebo.
