Previously, I worked at Dollar General as a Key Holder, where I handled store opening/closing responsibilities, helped resolve customer concerns, and supported efficient register operations. I also supervised and supported team members, assisted with inventory control, and ensured compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and loss prevention standards.

Earlier in my career, I served as a Dietary Aide/Server at ProMedica HCR ManorCare, supporting meal preparation, tray setup, and accurate food portioning based on dietary guidelines. I maintained strong sanitation and food safety practices while providing respectful, friendly service to residents.
