I've deployed digital systems for Rwanda's Ministry of Justice, Bank of Kigali, and agri-tech teams, including a Digital Attendance Management System that automated attendance workflows for more than 100 staff. I configure web applications, APIs, databases, and technical documentation to meet operational and compliance requirements.

At NileBitLabs, I coordinated delivery across 5+ client projects from scoping through deployment and handover, while introducing Jira-based tracking to improve delivery and communication.
