I am a detail-oriented Quality Analyst with 6 years of experience in manual testing, API testing, database testing, ETL testing, and performance testing. I focus on comprehensive test planning, test case creation, and rigorous defect identification to ensure high software quality.

At my current role I manage and execute large daily test workloads, consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards; I applied JIRA to streamline issue tracking and reduced bug fix turnaround time significantly. I have worked extensively in the healthcare domain on a US-based Walgreens project and in the energy sector.

My technical toolset includes Postman, JIRA, Talend, JMeter and foundational Selenium automation; I perform database validation with MySQL and SQL Server and execute ETL validations and load testing to ensure performance and data integrity. I have identified and helped rectify hundreds of data defects, improving system stability and product quality.

I work well within Agile teams (Scrum & Kanban), proactively collaborate with development teams to resolve defects, and continuously seek process improvements that increase test coverage and reduce risk.
