Sheila Esmaili-Doki

Schedules commercials and arranges promos for three television stations. Coordinates daily with account executives and advertising agencies to ensure the correct ads are running.

Completes daily traffic logs and enters traffic instructions for local and national advertisers for KTEN, OTEN, and NTEN. Ensures correct commercials run and uses attention to detail and multitasking to manage daily workflow.

Works in traffic to complete radio station logs, enter sales orders, and verify commercials are airing correctly. Also handles receptionist duties by answering listener phone calls and distributing prizes to visitors.

Assists customers with placing classified ads through phone and in-person interactions. Supports sales order placement and customer service for a variety of ad types.

Attends local city council meetings and writes weekly articles about seasonal events and community happenings. Produces contributions as assigned for the publications.

Supports a bankruptcy law firm by scanning and filing court documents and maintaining hundreds of client files. Interacts with clients by phone and in person, transcribes attorney-dictated letters, creates Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Plans, and assists with budgets and financial options.

Contributes weekly writing for the Whitesboro News, including covering city council and school board meetings when assigned on short notice. Writes about local happenings based on meetings and reported events.

Earned a B.A. in Communications/Media Studies from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant, Oklahoma, completed in December 2008.

Attended Sherman High School in Sherman, Texas, graduating in May 2004.
