At Agriculture Insurance Company of India (AIC), I enrolled over 40,000 farmers in government crop insurance schemes across Kupwara district. I coordinated field verification and crop loss assessment, and facilitated claim processing.
My agronomy research at SKUAST-Jammu examined wheat varieties under late-sown terminal heat stress and the effects of foliar-applied bioregulators. I hold an M.Sc. in Agronomy and a B.Sc. in Agriculture from Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences & Technology.
