I’m looking for roles where I can design outcome-driven eLearning end-to-end—partnering with SMEs, running Agile sprints, building storyboards/assessments, and supporting UAT and LMS deployment with modern AI-assisted content tools.

I’m a result-driven Learning Content Specialist/Instructional Designer with 3+ years of experience in core eLearning and enterprise content development. I apply instructional design theories like ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and Andragogy to create effective learning experiences, including scenario-based learning and microlearning.

At Orbit & Skyline Semiconductor, I’ve delivered 30+ web-based training (WBT) modules for enterprise technical capability initiatives. I build complete instructional assets from scratch (HLOs, DCOs, IDDs, storyboards), collaborate with SMEs and QA for accuracy, write and manage user stories in JIRA for Agile sprints, conduct UAT and release documentation, and support LMS deployment using SharePoint processes.
