As a Branch Manager at Uttar Pradesh Gramin Bank, I direct branch operations with a core focus on rural banking expansion and efficient agricultural credit delivery. I oversee the appraisal, sanction, and disbursement of Kisan Credit Cards (KCC), crop loans, MSME financing, and other priority sector lending portfolios while driving financial inclusion and grass-roots execution of agricultural welfare schemes.

Earlier, as an Agriculture Officer (Scale-II), I executed rigorous credit assessments for high-value agricultural projects and provided end-to-end techno-economic advisory support for crop loans and agri-input financing infrastructure. I also strengthened localized agribusiness understanding by assessing supply chain vulnerabilities and rural economic dynamics.
