What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an in-house SEO leadership role : Senior SEO Manager, SEO Lead or Head of SEO, where I own organic growth end to end, i.e., which pages get built, what goes on them, and how results are measured.

I'd like to join a remote-first team that runs on async, written communication. I'm based in New Delhi and work Indian business hours, finishing at 6:30 pm IST.

I'm a Senior SEO Manager with 12 years across content and search. I run organic search at BookMyForex, a MakeMyTrip group fintech, across currency exchange, forex card and money transfer.

My focus is template-driven page systems that scale without going thin, and measurement that holds up when someone checks it. I decide which pages get built and what goes on each one, ship them with engineering and product, and track rankings on a fixed keyword set so the trend is real. Non-branded clicks to those three product categories were up 56.4% year on year in August 2026.

Remote work across time zones isn't new to me. For three and a half years at VG Media, I worked fully remote into New Zealand across a 7.5-hour gap. I ran eight content sites there through a six-person freelancer pod I designed, with 42 freelancers working at once.

I'm looking for a fully remote SEO leadership role: Senior SEO Manager, SEO Lead or Head of SEO. I'm based in New Delhi (IST), and my working day overlaps UK and European mornings.
