I’m looking for an accounting role where I can own reconciliations and cash-flow reporting, strengthen compliance, and use ERP tools to deliver audit-ready, zero-error records.

I’m a versatile accounting and audit professional with over 4 years of progressive experience in financial management, reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, internal audit, and compliance across education, NGO, and professional services sectors. I’m known for managing high-volume financial records with zero discrepancies and supporting internal and external audit processes through complete, audit-ready documentation.

In my most recent role, I manage the end-to-end accounts receivable function across four branches—ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collection of outstanding balances, and proper allocation of receipts to debtor accounts. I perform daily cash and bank reconciliation against debtor ledgers and the receipts register, prepare weekly debtor status reporting, and enforce credit control to reduce bad debt exposure. I also led an ERP data migration, maintaining 100% data accuracy to ensure uninterrupted reporting during the transition.

Previously, I handled the full accounting function for an NGO, including bookkeeping in QuickBooks, donor fund receipts and grant disbursements, monthly bank reconciliations, and monthly management accounts and donor reports. I also served as an audit associate and audit assistant, where I conducted substantive testing, reviewed VAT and statutory schedules, prepared structured audit working papers and reconciliations, and helped identify internal control gaps with actionable recommendations. I’m currently pursuing CPA certification (Level II), grounded by a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting.
