At Kiambu level 5 Hospital, I clerked, observed, and assisted in the management of six traumatic brain injury cases, including subdural and extradural haematoma. I also participated in ward rounds and theatre during my neurosurgery clinical rotation.
As a Year 4 medical student at Kenyatta University, I’m interested in neurosurgery, traumatic brain injury management, and global health innovation. I’m eager to contribute my clinical knowledge and research skills to the MissionBrain Hackathon 2026 and explore technology that can improve equitable access to neurosurgical care.
