As Founder & Owner of SenLeads L.L.C., I built bookkeeping and financial tracking systems that improved documentation accuracy, expense categorization, and cash flow monitoring. I also managed business credit lines, vendor accounts, and financial records to support operational and financial readiness.

I bring hands-on experience with loan documentation and compliance-focused workflows, including credit review, file preparation, verification processes, and regulatory understanding. I design CRM based workflows for lead management, client communication, and compliance documentation—so information moves cleanly from intake to transaction.

My background also includes real estate analysis, where I perform market research, comps analysis, and property valuation to support pricing and investment decisions. I apply financial concepts like cash flow evaluation, budgeting, and cost analysis, and I review contracts and disclosures with high attention to detail.
