At Rudram Infotech, I test PROPLATE ERP, a SaaS platform for the surface finishing and electroplating industry. I’ve executed more than 500 test cases across ERP modules and helped prevent three business-risk incidents from reaching production.
I created and maintained test cases, scenarios, and plans, and tracked defects through Azure DevOps. I also introduced structured regression suites that improved test coverage by 40%.
Previously, as a QA Consultant at Mplify Tech Services Pvt. Ltd., I tested BlackBerry Work, BlackBerry Tasks, and BlackBerry Notes on Android and iOS. I validated mobile workflows including authentication, synchronization, offline functionality, and push notifications.
