What I'm looking for

I’m transitioning from HR into D365 Finance & Operations functional consulting and am eager to apply my process experience and technical skills to ERP implementations, process configuration, UAT, and AI transformation.

At Vox Telecom, I administer HR processes across the employee lifecycle, produce recurring reports and dashboards, and document disciplinary hearings. This hands-on work with structured business processes informs my transition into Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations functional consulting.

I hold the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate and Business Central Functional Consultant Associate certifications. I’m building my ERP knowledge and pursuing relevant certifications as I prepare to support implementations, process configuration, and UAT.

I actively build agentic AI solutions, including Copilot Studio agents, and am expanding into AI-driven reporting and automation to support ERP and digital transformation initiatives.

Earlier, at Buffalo City Metropolitan Municipality, I worked across the HR value chain and recruited and onboarded interns across government departments. At EOH, I provided project support for an external auditing engagement, including document management and file tracking.
