At Redgorge, I’m building a tool that reads construction plans, specs, and other job PDFs, then answers questions with the exact sheet or spec page cited. It can run on a private box in your building, keeping documents out of external AI services.
At Louis A. Roser Company, I moved the contractor from carbon copies and spreadsheets to NetSuite, Miter, and Procore. Invoices that used to take months went out in days, and the field actually used the systems.
Before that, I coordinated BIM on projects including the Sphere, Allegiant Stadium, the Hard Rock, and a California hospital tower. I also built BIM and IT capabilities at Louis A. Roser Company and Precision BIM, drawing on my earlier work in construction project management and IT support.
