I am a Civil Engineer and Project Manager with over 14 years of experience delivering infrastructure, marine, building and oil and gas projects in Seychelles and Kuwait, on contracts from USD 7.5 million to USD 350 million. Since May 2025 I have been Executive Engineer at GIBB Seychelles, where I run the office and its operations and oversee projects from concept development and design through contracts and Bills of Quantities, construction management and defects monitoring. Much of this work is on government and foreign-funded projects, where I control contracts, progress, cost and quality so that funds deliver real value. My projects there include the 80-unit Orchid Housing Project, the Seychelles Police Headquarters, the FSA Headquarters, the SEYPEC Intake Project, the Holistic Clinic and the Raffles Hotel.
Before GIBB, at UCPS, I managed the USD 11 million Southwest Road Improvement Project funded by the Abu Dhabi Fund for Development, a 10 km design and build road upgrade through rock and coastal terrain. I also delivered the USD 7.5 million extension of La Digue Port, a remote island project, within the agreed timeline and budget. I coordinated the stadium erection and playing field preparation for the FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup, and I introduced the QA/QC plan for UCPS. In Kuwait, I worked on large projects including the USD 150 million Kazma Military Camp, which finished two months ahead of schedule, the Avenues Mall and the KNPC Al-Zour Oil Refinery.
My results include a 40% reduction in workplace incidents through standardised safety protocols, 25% less documentation and reporting effort through streamlined coordination, and government approvals and permits for more than 15 projects. I speak English, Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil and Creole, and I use MS Project, AutoCAD and SketchUp.
