What I'm looking for

I seek a role focusing on physician coding, auditing, and education within a collaborative healthcare team that values accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.

I am a certified professional coder (CPC, CRC, CPMA) with extensive experience in physician coding, auditing, and billing within hospital systems. I consistently meet productivity and audit goals while maintaining excellent communication with physicians and staff.

My work includes onboarding physicians, creating tip sheets, conducting provider audits, and delivering targeted re-education based on CMS and policy updates. I have hands-on experience assigning CPT, HCPCS, modifiers, and ICD-10 codes and resolving claim errors prior to submission.
