I’m looking for roles where I can translate business requirements into clear specs and validated data dashboards, work with stakeholders, and support SDLC activities like user stories and UAT.

I’ve worked as a Data Analyst and Business Analyst across public sector and healthcare environments, turning complex data and business processes into validated dashboards and reports.

At OrbisIQ Inc (remote), I gathered and translated business requirements into functional specifications, ran data validation and quality checks, and built KPI dashboards in Power BI and Tableau. I also automated recurring reports to improve efficiency and accuracy.

With the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services, I served as a liaison for Medicaid provider enrollment workflows and supported SQL-based dashboards to monitor provider enrollment and discrepancies. As a Graduate Public Service Intern, I maintained and validated program data across HIPPR, MMIS, and IMPACT, and supported trend, compliance, and process-improvement analyses.

I’ve also supported SDLC needs—documenting BRDs/FRDs and user stories and assisting with test scripts, defect logging, UAT, and post-deployment validation—alongside internships where I built interactive dashboards and ensured data quality across systems.
