What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to apply my skills in ABA therapy while contributing to a supportive team environment focused on patient growth and development.

I am a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and over two years of experience in providing high-quality behavioral therapy. My journey in this field has been driven by a passion for enhancing the lives of individuals with autism spectrum disorder. At Hopebridge LLC, I deliver one-on-one ABA therapy, execute behavior intervention plans, and maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in crisis intervention and data collection, ensuring that I effectively communicate with supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts. My previous roles as a Case Manager and Personal Care Assistant have equipped me with the ability to analyze behavioral data, implement training procedures, and assist individuals in their daily living tasks.
