At ISHA Foundation, I supported end-to-end employee onboarding, documentation, joining formalities, and HRMS updates. I also assisted with PF, ESI, compliance processes, and payroll inputs.

I prepared HR/MIS reports and onboarding trackers using MS Excel, maintained employee records and attendance, and handled employee queries and ticket raising. I also conducted weekly employee engagement activities.

As an HR Intern at SCHWING STETTER INDIA PVT LTD, I supported onboarding and recruitment activities, including candidate screening and interview scheduling. I maintained HR records and databases and gained exposure to payroll, attendance verification, and PF and ESI documentation.

Previously, as a Project Manager at VERO INTERIOR DESIGN, I coordinated workflows, project documentation, and cross-functional teams. I prepared reports and dashboards using Excel and Google Sheets, and my MBA research analyzed customer perceptions using survey data, ANOVA, and Chi-Square techniques.
