At Pearson, I monitor and audit data quality across eCommerce integration test phases, analyze complex datasets, and support end-to-end customer journeys across systems.

I translate data-driven business requirements for integration test teams, prepare analytics reports and dashboards, and present findings to solution architecture and development teams. I also coordinate technical projects with IT project managers, QA engineers, and client stakeholders to resolve roadblocks and support scalable infrastructure.

Previously, I delivered functional, regression, integration, API, backend, mobile, and performance testing at BMM Technology and WFS. I’ve written test plans and cases from user stories, validated data with MySQL and SQL, managed defects in Jira, automated scripts with Selenium, and tested APIs with Postman.

Across more than seven years in eCommerce and finance-related environments, I’ve worked in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall teams to help ensure quality from the end customer’s perspective.
