I’ve been leading fraud detection and compliance operations at Tata Consultancy Services, currently directing an end-to-end team of 26 members. My day-to-day work spans corporate actions, stocks, dividends, reconciliations, and ADR/GDPR currency processes, with a strong focus on AML and fraud operations.
Before that, I guided transition activities (SOPs, process maps, roles and responsibilities) and supported investigations by reviewing KYC profiles, researching parties behind suspicious transactions, and validating details against systems and sources like World-check and Google searches.
