I am a Civil Engineer with a strong background in real estate analysis and project management. Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience in studying and analyzing data, organizing information, and controlling investment databases. I have also been responsible for monitoring projects, as well as maintaining constant communication with other managers. One of my key achievements has been the development of VBA programs to enhance data analysis and improve information tracking.
I had the chance to improve my skills with programming in VBA, as well using programming in Python and I got to learn some basic commands in SQL. I am fluent in english, spanish and portuguese and I am studying french.
Prior to my current role, I worked as an Engineering Quality Intern at Lógica Engenharia, where I was involved in the construction of a quality management system and ensured compliance with construction standards. I also provided support in project and budget management. Additionally, I gained valuable experience at Favale e Associados Engenharia e Arquitetura, where I analyzed and revised projects, performed calculations for materials, and contributed to corrective projects.
