I’m looking to lead scaled Agile delivery as an Agile Coach—coaching Scrum Masters and Product Owners, driving SAFe/PI Planning, and improving flow with data-driven dashboards to make execution more predictable across multi-team programs.

I’m a Scrum Master and Agile Coach with 15+ years of experience leading Agile delivery, coaching high-performing teams, and driving execution across complex, multi-team programs. I specialize in scaled Agile environments—SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban—so teams can achieve dependable flow through strong PI Planning, ART events, and continuous improvement.

In my current role as Agile Coach / Delivery Leader at FIS Global, I coach multiple teams across IT Infrastructure and SRE value streams, coordinate cross-team dependencies, and lead quarterly PI Planning for 3 value streams. I’ve improved outcomes using Kanban, value stream mapping, and AI-enabled automation—delivering 66% MTTR improvement, 37% cycle time reduction, and 94% SLA adherence—while building standardized, data-driven dashboards with Jira, Confluence, Rally, Azure DevOps, and Power BI.

Previously at Invesco & BP and Analog Devices, I matured Agile adoption across global teams, launched programs and multi-team structures, and delivered coaching and training to hundreds of professionals. Earlier, as Sr IT Manager / Agile Coach at Baker Hughes, I led large delivery and compliance programs, managed project managers and QA teams, and transitioned organizations from waterfall to Agile using coaching and change management (ADKAR), including building an Agile Center of Excellence.
