I’m a Law and Business Administration graduate with 10 months, full time across 4 internships, built around a strong focus on compliance, regulatory frameworks, and corporate governance. I bring expertise in legal research, contract review, and ensuring adherence to applicable laws, corporate policies, and governance standards.

In my Legal & Compliance Internship, I assisted in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating key corporate contracts and commercial agreements. I supported AML, HIPAA, CFT, and data protection by researching regulatory frameworks across 30+ jurisdictions, while consistently completing legal research and regulatory analysis within strict timelines.

I reviewed and analyzed 200+ contracts, identifying critical legal, compliance, and operational risks, and performed contract risk assessments to help resolve legal and regulatory issues. I also developed an understanding of cloud systems and privacy, cybersecurity considerations, and information security compliance, strengthening how I evaluate risk in real-world environments.

I’ve also gained hands-on exposure through Legal Intern roles, including Intellectual Property support (patents, trademarks, and IP legal proceedings) with 10+ Patent filings and compliance requirements. Overall, I’m motivated by a structured, detail-driven approach to upholding organizational compliance, governance, and legal integrity.
