At SoftGrid Info, I develop production applications for HRMS, CRM, lead management, and company web platforms using the MERN stack. My work spans responsive React.js interfaces, RESTful APIs, database integration, testing, and deployment.
On the SoftGrid Info HRMS & CRM Platform, I led end-to-end development of modules for employee management, attendance, leave, salary, recruitment, projects, and contacts. I also implemented JWT authentication, protected routes, role-based access control, and lead-management workflows.
I also led development of Pymera, a business loan consultancy platform, and Plus Enterprises, a B2B/B2C business platform. These projects included responsive loan-enquiry workflows, administrative functionality, and product and content management.
