I’m a Credentialing Specialist and detail-oriented Credentialing Expert, managing credentialing processes for a diverse provider network with a strong focus on compliance with commercial and federal insurance requirements. I ensure accuracy and timeliness while maintaining smooth provider credentialing operations.

In my current role, I conduct primary source verifications through portals such as Avality, PECOS, CAQH, and CLIA, and I coordinate with internal teams to resolve credentialing issues promptly. Previously, I managed initial credentialing and recredentialing for large provider networks, including Medicaid and Medicare credentialing through TMHP and other state-specific portals.

I also supported team success by training new team members on portal navigation and credentialing protocols, and by collaborating with insurance carriers and provider relations teams to expedite credentialing and contracting processes. I bring a process-improvement mindset alongside deep portal expertise and consistent problem resolution.
