I manage end-to-end provider credentialing, payer enrollment, and EDI/ERA/EFT setups for multi-specialty healthcare groups. At Cloud RCM Solution, I oversee Medicare PECOS and state-specific Medicaid applications while maintaining accurate CAQH and NPI records for 150+ providers.

Previously at Resilient MBS, I led and mentored 10 Credentialing Specialists and managed the full credentialing lifecycle for more than 150 providers. I standardized onboarding SOPs, ensured NCQA and HIPAA compliance, and resolved complex enrollment denials through direct coordination with insurance carriers.

My work connects credentialing with revenue generation through EDI 837 claims submission, ERA 835 auto-posting, EFT enrollment, payer portals, and clearinghouses. I have supported enrollment across all 50 US states and helped reduce enrollment turnaround times by 30%.

I'm fully available for remote US EST/CST shifts from a private HIPAA-compliant home office with fiber internet, 4G backup, and dedicated power uptime.
