SHADRECH WENNIE
@shadrechwennie
Logistics and supply operations leader transitioning into IT and project management.
What I'm looking for
I’m a dedicated U.S. Army Sergeant (E-5) with 9+ years of progressive experience in logistics operations, supply chain management, security management, and transportation coordination across domestic and overseas environments. With an active SECRET clearance and readiness for OCONUS deployment, I’m mission-focused and accountable by default.
In my current role as a Unit Supply Specialist (92Y), I lead and supervise 5–8 personnel in supply operations, driving training, accountability, and mission readiness. I manage lifecycle accountability of government property and supplies valued over $2M using GCSS-Army, while maintaining 100% accuracy and audit readiness through sensitive item inventories, audits, and reconciliations.
I bring strong data systems experience to logistics execution, including GCSS-Army and DTMS, plus disciplined data tracking and reporting. I prepare audit-ready documentation in line with federal and Army regulations and continuously improve processes by turning operational needs into repeatable, traceable workflows.
Previously, as a Motor Transport Operator (88M), I operated and maintained vehicles in high-tempo environments, planned and executed convoy operations, and ensured safety, efficiency, and timely mission completion. I also conducted PMCS to improve readiness and applied risk management to reduce accidents, while supervising junior personnel. Today, I’m transitioning into IT and Project Management, with CompTIA A+ in progress and CAPM in-progress (Network+ and Security+ planned), leveraging my operational leadership and technical aptitude to deliver results.
