What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead quality at scale in AI data operations, build practical workflow tooling, and use evidence-based audits to improve performance and contributor feedback.

I’m a Quality and Operations Specialist and Team Lead with hands-on experience leading QA at scale in AI data operations. As Team Lead at Alignerr, I oversaw quality assurance across a ~1,000-person annotation team, combining analytical judgment with the ability to acquire complex domain knowledge quickly.

I designed and built Froyo Flight/Route Overlay, a Chrome extension that consolidated aviation research into a single interface, reaching 997 active users and saving ~2 minutes per data row at 100,000+ rows per week. I also developed an NDJSON-based audit viewer with inline differential display, doubling audit throughput and enabling richer, more teachable contributor feedback that was adopted by all team leads.

I’m equally comfortable with the human side of operations: I conduct structured performance audits with trend-based feedback, and I hold final responsibility for contributor promotion and removal decisions. Beyond QA, I’ve contributed as an AI Data Trainer and senior reviewer—rating outputs against quality rubrics and writing detailed justifications to guide model refinement—along with multilingual transcription and translation work for BBC World Service.
