At WorkElate, I defined the vision and 18-month roadmap for an AI-native Work OS anchored by WAO, its orchestration layer. I managed a portfolio of 11 apps and prioritized a 275-item backlog into a phased delivery roadmap.

I shipped Hub, WeMail, Task, Calendar, and Doc in Q3 2026 to establish the platform’s core user loop. I also led customer discovery and translated user needs into specifications across Enterprise and SMB segments.

At Wipro Limited, I owned the AutomationEdge backlog and release roadmap, and led onboarding of the RPA platform. I helped deliver more than 10 HR and workforce-management automation use cases that generated approximately ₹4M in annual savings, and migrated 60+ legacy Python-based bots.

Earlier, I designed a GDPR-compliant privacy framework within ServiceNow workflows and developed SharePoint onboarding and GRC modules at Infosys Ltd. I hold an MBA in Operations Management from IIM Mumbai and a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from NIT Warangal, along with CSPO and SAFe POPM certifications.
