At Software Development Hub, I own end-to-end QA for Roster Sources, an EdTech platform, covering test documentation, regression and smoke suites, and release validation across UI and API layers.

I've identified, documented, and tracked 300+ bugs in Jira over two years, with clear reproduction steps and only about 3% escaping into the main branch. I work closely with developers and BAs to clarify ambiguous requirements, validate reworks, and test beyond the happy path.

I include accessibility checks with AXE DevTools and database validation with PostgreSQL in end-to-end release testing. I've also become a go-to product resource by onboarding five QA, development, BA, and PM teammates through focused product walkthroughs.

I'm growing toward a hybrid Manual/AQA role through Playwright and JavaScript, while applying AI tools thoughtfully in QA. I built an n8n workflow that generates detailed test cases in about 40 minutes instead of two hours, while keeping a manual approval gate for quality.
