At Scout, I established QA processes, including test strategy, release testing, and defect-reporting standards. I also built an AI data-sourcing workflow in Riveter, refining LLM extraction prompts and validating the resulting data.
At CareerKarma, I improved regression and release testing for an EdTech web product and built initial automated tests for key regression flows using Playwright and JavaScript. I also tested AI-powered features including chatbots, RAG, a voice assistant, and AI-driven calling flows.
