At Xsolla, I led the end-to-end separation of partner-facing payment entry points from a 20-year Symfony monolith into Go services. With cross-team contracts, ADRs, feature flags, and canaries, I delivered a zero-downtime cutover that raised token throughput from 200 to 3,500 rps and lowered p99 latency tenfold.
I also reverse-engineered an undocumented query builder behind partner calculations and improved a reporting query from 8 seconds to 1 second at p75. I work across legacy and modern codebases, keeping older projects stable as services evolve.
My work at Xsolla spans payment processing, billing, financial reporting, and partner APIs. I build for idempotency and backward compatibility, and handle PCI DSS and GDPR requirements in day-to-day payment flows.
Before Xsolla, I built production Laravel applications and a high-throughput Go gateway at Heads and Hands, and worked on B2B CRM and multi-tenant platforms at Long Cat. I use AI tools as a supporting resource; every change is read, run, and reviewed before it merges.
